রিটার্ন ও রিপ্লেসমেন্ট নীতি

Kagetown সবসময় চেষ্টা করে আপনার হাতে নির্ভুল ও ভালো মানের পণ্য পৌঁছে দিতে। তারপরও কোনো কারণে পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে বা আপনার প্রত্যাশার সঙ্গে না মিললে চিন্তার কিছু নেই। আমাদের রয়েছে সহজ ও ঝামেলাহীন রিটার্ন ও রিপ্লেসমেন্ট নীতি।

আপনার পণ্য ফেরত দিতে চাইলে কিছু নিয়ম মেনে চলতে হবে:ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।পণ্য অবশ্যই ব্যবহার না করা, ট্যাগ ও প্যাকেজিং অক্ষত থাকতে হবে।যদি ফ্রি গিফট থাকে, সেটিও ফেরত দিতে হবে।আমাদের টিম যাচাই করার পর রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হবে।স্টকে থাকলে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট দেওয়া হবে, না থাকলে পুরো টাকা ফেরত পাবেন।ডেলিভারি চার্জ ও COD চার্জ ফেরতের আওতায় পড়বে না।

কোন কারণে রিটার্ন/রিপ্লেসমেন্ট করা যাবে

পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হলে।ভুল সাইজ পাঠানো হলে (শুধুমাত্র ইনভয়েসে উল্লেখিত সাইজের সঙ্গে ডেলিভারির সাইজ না মিলে গেলে)।রঙের পার্থক্য হলে।প্রিন্টে ভুল হলে (ডিজাইন মিসম্যাচ, ভুল প্লেসমেন্ট ইত্যাদি)।ভুল পণ্য পাঠানো হলে।

আমরা পণ্য সংগ্রহ করার পর যাচাই করব এবং সঠিক কারণ হলে আপনাকে নতুন পণ্য দেওয়া হবে অথবা রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।

রিফান্ড নীতি

রিটার্ন যাচাই শেষে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে।স্টকে না থাকলে পুরো টাকা ফেরত পাবেন।ডেলিভারি চার্জ ও COD চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।COD অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয় কারণ টাকা পরিশোধ করা হয়নি।অনলাইন পেমেন্ট (কার্ড, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার) হলে সেই মাধ্যমেই টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যায় যদি টাকা দ্বিগুণ কেটে যায়, অতিরিক্ত টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।রিফান্ড সাধারণত ৭-১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে পাওয়া যাবে। না পেলে kagetownofficial@gmail.com এ যোগাযোগ করুন, অথবা আমাদের ফেসবুক পেজ Kagetown Facebook Page ‘এ যোগাযোগ করুন।

Return & Replacement Policy

It’s a rare case for Kagetown where customers didn’t get their products unharmed. But sometimes we may fail to fulfill your expectations, sometimes situations aren’t by our side. But there is now a bond of trust between customers and Kagetown, So, for further ensuring and encouraging this bond of trust Kagetown brings you option to return the products you got (If the product is damaged or designed mistakenly.). In that case Fabrilife will give you fresh products in return.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it as long as your item meets the following criteria:It is within 07 Days from the delivery date.All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.If the item came with a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned.Refund/ replacement for products are subject to inspection and checking by Kagetown team.Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

Reasons for returns & replacement

Product is damaged, defective or not as described.Size Mismatch for clothing.(Please be noted that, this policy will only be activated if we send you the clothings which mismatch the size mentioned in the invoice. If invoice and delivered item’s size matches, we will not reconsider refund at any cost.)Color Mismatch for clothing.Wrongly Printed clothing.(Front/Back desgin mismatch, wrong design, wrong placement of design)Wrong product sent.

Once we pick up or receive your return, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and if the reason for return is valid, we will replace the product with a new one or we will proceed with the refund.

Refund Policy

The refund will be processed after we have completed evaluating your return.Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.If you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for your order.For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking or Bank Transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective.If online payment is made once more due to technical error, payment refund will be made.You will receive a refund anytime between 7-10 working days. If you don’t receive refund within this time, please write to us at kagetownofficial@gmail.com and we shall investigate.
